I am seeking my fifth term as your Hays County Tax Assessor-Collector. My knowledge and experience in the tax collection business encompasses 23 years. I have served as your Hays County Tax Assessor-Collector for the past 14 years. This knowledge and experience uniquely qualifies me to continue serving you, the people of Hays County. Serving as your elected tax assessor-collector has been a most rewarding experience . As our county has grown so has the tax office and I have worked hard to do more with less by utilizing automation and new technology in order to stay abreast of the needs of our increased population. My goal is to continue to serve county citizens as efficiently and courteously as possible.

I continue to make every effort to make it convenient for county residents to do business within or closer to their community. I have opened 3 satellite offices located in Dripping Springs, Buda and Kyle and have plans to open a fourth location in Wimberley in the near future. Several local businesses throughout the county have also been deputized to act as agents of the tax office in the area of motor vehicle registration. Other convenient services that have been made available to the citizens of Hays County include on-line motor vehicle registration, on-line research of current and delinquent tax rolls, as well as on-line property tax payments. I have also made available the opportunity to pay taxes and motor vehicle fees by credit/debit card in person and over the internet.

You can rely on my experience in the property tax profession and my past performance as your tax assessor-collector.
